Conference Fee - Early Bird till Jul 31, 2024*

* The organizer reserves the right to change the prices.
** The programme committee reserves the right to change the classification of the
    paper (lectures/posters) or to refuse it.

      transfer or credit/debit card, but not on the spot.
 

The prices includes VAT, organization costs, printed publication "Abstracts", catering (coffee breakes, lunches, dinner, social evening). The organizer reserves the right to change the prices, duration of the conference or change the format, etc.

Apart from the oral presentation fee, which can only be paid in advance, the other fees can be paid by bank transfer or by credit/debit card within the conference system or in cash on site.

A confirmation of payment (tax receipt) will be sent by email upon receipt of payment. The final invoice will be sent to the billing email address provided in the conference system.

In case of the absence at the conference, the fee will not be refunded. The "Abstracts" publication will be sent to the participant.
